Terms and conditions:

  1. All touring arrangements will only be finalised and confirmed after payment has been received in full by "The Only Team" hereinafter referred to as the Operator.

  2. Important Notice:

  • The client is responsible for all bank charges relating to payment from the client to “The Only Team”.

  • Payment by credit card will incur an additional 5.0% of the quoted price to cover bank charges.

  • Payment by Electronic funds Transfer (EFT) will incur an additional 1.0% of the quoted price to cover bank charges.

  1. Quotes that are accepted (which includes acceptance of these terms and conditions) must be signed and then e-mailed or faxed back to the sender on +27 (0)86 672 8432.  No quotations will be confirmed, unless confirmation thereof is received in writing.

  2. Payment can be made by one of the following means:

  • Electronic funds Transfer (EFT)

  • Direct Bank Deposit

  • Credit card transaction

  1. Cancellation policy on any confirmed tours:

  • 20% of the quoted amount if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours of tour pickup time

  • 50% of the quoted amount if cancelled between 12 and 24 hours of tour pickup time

  • 100% of the quoted amount if cancelled between 12 and pickup time of tour

  1. A full refund of all payments will be made if the Operator has to cancel a tour for any unforeseen reasons. Said refund will be made into the same bank account from which the initial funds transfer was effected.

  2. Airport Transportation: It is the responsibility of the client to provide the Operator, in advance, with detailed flight information. This includes for arrival transfers: date of arrival, airline name and flight number, arrival time, and country of origin. For departures this would include: date of travel, airline name and flight number, departure time, destination.

  3. If a passenger fails to join a tour, or joins it after departure, or leaves the tour prior to completion of said tour, no refund or rebate will be made.

  4. Prices are subject to adjustment in the event of changes in Value Added Tax, fuel prices, air fares or hotel charges.

  5. Reservations arranged by us on your behalf with third party supplies are subject to the individual suppliers own cancelation policy.

  6. The Operator acts as an agent in the reservation of hotels, flights, car hire and tour packages. As such, the Operator accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage which any passenger may suffer as a result of the failure of such principals to fulfill their obligations to travel arrangements, accommodation or otherwise howsoever.

  7. Unscheduled extensions: In the event of there being an unscheduled extension to the holiday caused by flight delays, bad weather, strikes or any other cause which is beyond the control of the Operator, it is understood that the expenses relating to these unscheduled extensions, will be for the account of the passenger.

  8. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or expenses arising from the loss of property, cancellation or curtailment of any tour however caused. If sickness or accident interrupts a tour, the operator shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising there from. The operator shall not be liable for any refund, either partial or total, of passage money paid except for refunds being owed from any of the earlier paragraphs.

  9. You are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance against all possible risks including personal injury, death, baggage loss, theft and cancellation or curtailment of tour. All tours are booked and all tour arrangements are made on the express condition that the Operator shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his or her luggage, or other property, wherever, whenever and howsoever the same may occur.

  10. For certain adventure activities and at all game lodges, clients will be required to sign an indemnity form, in respect of release of liability for damage or loss to personal belongings, personal injury, third party injury by client or visitor. This is a matter between the supplier, hotel or lodge and the client. the Operator shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his or her luggage, or other property, wherever, whenever and howsoever the same may occur.

  11. The operator reserves the right to alter routes and itineraries for any reason but will inform and consult with clients of such changes prior to departure.

  12. The law of South Africa shall govern the relationship between the Operator and the passenger and the Courts of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction in respect of any claims and/or disputes, which may arise between the Operator and the passenger, or Agent.
